We all know Damon is a Womanizer but what do Elena and Katherine have to say about it? The story line is that katherine thinks Damon is a Womanizer and she likes that but Elena thinks that it's bad. Katherine kills Damon at the end because Stefan became a blood drinker (just like in the final episode of The Vampire Diaries from season 2) and she'd rather be with him. It wasn't meant to make fun of the show but more to be a music video of what might have happened in the show.
