Elaan - Barn Scene and Dil Mein Hulchul A clip from the movie "Elaan" featuring Rahul Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Amisha Patel, John Abraham, and Lara Dutta. This is one of my favorite sequences in this movie, because, hey, Sonia and Abhimanyu are awesome. ---- In this scene, the group have holed up in a barn for the night. Arjun (Rampal) shows Priya (Patel) some pictures of his daughter, and it causes Priya to ask Karan (Khanna)--upon whom she has a crush--about his views on children. The answer is somehow less than satisfactory. The conversation gets Abhimanyu (Abraham) and Sonia (Dutta)--lovers--on the subject of love and romance, and Abhimanyu proves just how smooth he is when it comes to sweet-talk (which is to say: not at all). ---- I tried to re-subtitle this because my DVD is scratched at the beginning, and my ripper program transfers subtitles really oddly because of this. It isn't a direct subtitle transfer from the movie; I altered a few bits here and there because, quite frankly, the subtitles in the movie itself are a bit . . . grammatically incorrect and also nonsensical in some places. I left some of the nonsensical bits in because I simply couldn't understand what was trying to be conveyed, or I couldn't think of a better way to word it. So, if translation is off in places, it's either my fault or the fault of the original subtitlers: take your pick. ---- "Elaan" does not belong to me, nor do the lyrics/dialogue/characters thereof.
