HP Quick Launch Button Issues

Ever see your own or see/hear of an HP laptop's Quick Launch Buttons decide to work on their own? It is a common issue that affects the entire current line of laptops from HP. Users experience items such as the volume control fluctuate, and wifi get turned on/off. Problem has to do with the QL button board as seen in this video (on an HDX16T).
