I am now recovered, and I hope this video gives 'courage' to anyone out there still suffering. I never, ever thought I would get better, and I did. This is a reply to balenciaga's video 'About Anorexia'. I believe that Michelle Brock of Superchic[k], who sang the song 'Courage' would be appalled to see her song used in a video with 'thinspiration' and 'ana' pictures. Brock suffered AND recovered from anorexia, and I highly doubt that she would ever find it 'beautiful'. Her song, by the way, is about recovery. I don't think she would want her RECOVERY song to be paired with 'ana' images. I am now recovered, and I hope this video gives 'courage' to anyone out there still suffering. I never, ever thought I would get better, and I did. This is a reply to balenciaga's video 'About Anorexia'. I believe that Michelle Brock of Superchic[k], who sang the song 'Courage' would be appalled to see her song used in a video with 'thinspiration' and 'ana' pictures. Brock suffered AND recovered from anorexia, and I highly doubt that she would ever find it 'beautiful'. Her song, by the way, is about recovery. I don't think she would want her RECOVERY song to be paired with 'ana' images.
