Lingkung Seni Sunda ITB part 2 By CampusChannel Lingkung Seni Sunda Institut Teknologi Bandung (LSS ITB) berdiri pada tanggal 15 April 1971 oleh Rektor ITB pada saat itu, Prof.Dr. Doddy Tisna Amijaya. Beliau bermaksud untuk membangun sebuah komunitas yang didalamnya bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya Sunda utamanya di dalam kampus sendiri. Selain itu, tempat ini juga dapat dijadikan oleh para mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kreativitasnya, khususnya di bidang seni budaya Sunda. Pelopor pendirian Lingkung Seni Sunda ITB pada saat itu adalah Sujana Wirakusumah (Sipil), Jajoen Wahyu (Sipil), dan Rastihat (Sipil). Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, LSS yang juga merupakan organisasi yang mengalir, memiliki anggota yang terus bertambah dan dalam setiap kegiatannya tidak hanya terpaku pada pengembangan budaya dan kesenian sunda. Akan tetapi, asas kekeluargaan yang selalu dijadikan dasar kegiatan LSS telah membuat LSS menjadi tempat bagi sebagian orang untuk berorganisasi dan berkumpul bersama. Sampai saat ini LSS selalu disibukkan oleh agenda rutin yang memang menjadi kebutuhan utama anggotanya, yaitu latihan-latihan rutin dan latihan pementasan. Kegiatan-Kegiatan yang sering dilakukan di LSS selain latihan rutin dan latihan untuk pementasan antara lain : · Mengadakan kepanitiaan PAGELARAN · LUSTRUM · Pasanggiri Rampak Sekar (PRS) · Pasanggiri Anggana Sekar (PAS) · Malam DIES LSS · Ulin Badag · Silaturahmi dengan LISES Mahasiswa Banyak sekali kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya yang biasa dilakukan LSS untuk kepentingan anggotanya. Dari sini LSS menjadi satu unit yang dapat terus bertahan untuk terus menjaga eksistensinya di dalam maupun di luar kampus ITB dan juga untuk terus menjaga warisan budaya Sunda.
