Burke's informant Bond's statement is known to be false. Now Burke suggestes Paradiso takes a bloody body from his boat, up onto the barge, across the ramp to a parked car. It is reasonable he would have put the body in the trunk where Joan's bag would have been, but there was no blood evidence found on the suitcase. Then Paradiso allegedly headed up route 107 toward Lynn, MA, where the Great Lynn Fire was raging. Burke suggests Paradiso now deposits Joan's purse and wallet on the Lynn Marsh Road before proceeding to find another route toward his destination. Chebacco Road in Hamilton, MA is about 30 miles north of Logan and a very remote area not easily found. The known facts and Burke's implausible allegations don't fit the MO for other crimes Burke attempts to implicate Paradiso for, and yet the DA's office of Essex County, MA promotes his theory and suggests it's the basis to review cold cases. ADA John Dawley in DA Jonathan Blodgett's office did not acknowledge publically whether Joan's was among them. The Joan Webster murder is an open investigation and the Essex County DA's office uses that status to block an independent review of Joan's case. They are obstructing truth and justice and covering up serious misconduct. Victims in Boston whose discovery resembles how Joan was found, were murdered by members of organized crime. Those individual were given a pass by corrupted authorities who protected criminals who left their bodies buried.
