[Eng Sub] this is one of the news about the current situation. it talks about the statement released by the lawfirm representing yoochun, jj, and junsu. the terms of the 13-year exclusive contract is so unfair/unjust/wrongful, it made me cry and made me so angry! 13 years? with that kind of treatment? it's like a slave contract! --- in case you can't see the subs, here's the text: On July 31st, 3 members of DBSK filed a claim to stop the enforcement of an exclusive contract. Today, they released a statement via their lawyer that the terms of the exclusive contract are unfair/ unreasonable/ wrongful. The 3 members, through their lawfirm, stated that the 13-year exclusive contract is in actuality a lifetime contract. Also, the contract imposes a termination fee of beyond hundreds of billion wons [hundreds of million $], so the termination clause makes it impossible to terminate the contract. Also, according to the contract, only if DBSK sells over 500,000 copies per album, DBSK would get 10 million won [only about $8,000] when they make the next album. and if DBSK doesn't sells less than 500,000 copies, DBSK gets NOTHING!
