Castlevania OoE - Boss Fight - Eligor By LazloEnKuldes Well, this boss is by far the hardest boss to actually get acquainted with and be familiar with all his attacks. Anyway, use any hammer and lightning type glyphs here, use also Sapiens Fio and Vis Fio. For the first part, don't attack the legs yet, go near him and let him stab his sword in the ground, avoid it, after that, he duck down and shoot arrows at you, get this chance to dispose of his crossbow, be careful not to get too near since he might damage you after the crossbow attack since he'll stand up once more. Repeat this until you get the crossbow destroyed, now, go all out on his legs since he'll pretty much stab his sword over and over until it gets destroyed, once destroyed, he'll rise and get this chance to get between his legs, once here, try to smash the other crossbow w/ Maleo Ascia or weaker versions of it, but, while in between his legs, he'll walk forward 4 times, be careful of his gigantic horse foot, haha. After walking, he'll most likely walk forward again 2 times, stop a bit and then walk backwards 2 times, now, he prepares for a rear kick, duck to avoid. He'll continue walking and then prepares to jump, when he jumps you can get this chance to go behind him, but I suggest destroying the crossbow first and pass through when he jumps again later, anyway, when he jumps, be in the center of his legs, since getting too close to his rear legs can damage you when he falls. After getting behind him, attack his legs if you see his tail pointing at you, walk to the left, wait for a clinging sound and then slide immediately, if he prepares for a rear kick again, retreat this time to the left, do this over until you destroy his rear legs. Then, he falls after you crush his legs, go towards his body, and do whatever attack you'd like to damage to the core, when he regains strength and stands up be at the left part of his body to avoid any damage or double jump for more safety. Now, this is where everything gets messy, he'll try to knock you off by all means. If he screeches, retreat to the left of his body and just stand there, you'll be safe; if you see his tail, go around the center of his body and duck let him do the attack and try to get back to the left of his body after the attack; if he's just standing straight, retreat to the left since he'll try striking you with he elbow; lastly, if you see his sword, run to the right of his body to be safe. Continue attacking and dodging and you'll win eventually. Be careful though, since if he hits you, you'll get knocked down the floor again, especially his tail that'll knock you back to the spot where you started the fight, meaning you'll have to destroy the front legs, get behind and destroy his rear legs once again to get back to the body. Note: Legs that are destroyed once and restored have lesser HP. Castlevania PoR - Sub Boss Fight - Gergoth By LazloEnKuldes The giant dinosaur like from DoS is also in Nest of Evil and compared to how hard he was in DoS, he sucks in this game. I mean it. As soon as he stands, backdash and unleash a thousand blades immediately, that should waste a lot of his hp, after that, use magics or attack him with all your might, he should go down instantly. He still has all his moves from DoS, they changed his gas attack though, you now get an ailment depending on the gas color he unleashes. Castlevania Order of Ecclesia Leveling Tip 2 By venjulienecorpuz Go to Dracula's Castle and warp to the warp point of "Final Approach", the place before you encounter Dracula and go to the left room. You should see two devils and one bugbear. To quickly kill these three, equip Melio Ascia(Melio Ascia Glyph can be absorbed from the Great Knight Enemy)and equip Mercury Boots to speed you up. Repeat the process I have done in the video and you should levelup estimated around 5 minutes or so... I recommend Leveling up here when you're around level 50 or 60. well I'm already 65 here. Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia #61- Boss- Eligor and Mechanical Tower 2 By ZeromusX Boss fight with Eligor and more exploration. Well, Eligor is probably one of the hardest bosses in the game, if you fight him normally. First you have to destroy the jewels on his legs, and his crossbow, and then you have to slide under him when jumps, walking with him and ducking to avoid his foot. Then you have to go behind him when he jumps again, destroy more jewels and a crossbow, and climb up, then you have to attack his eye all the while avoiding his different attempts to make you fall off. This takes a long time and is pretty difficult especially for the medal. However, there's a way to make this fight alot easier. I saw this in a boss rush video, you just have to destroy the jewels on his legs, then use Redire and Magnes to fling yourself up to his back. When I tried to fling myself directly to his back, I always got hit when he bucked, so I recommend just waiting in the air until he stops like here. Once you're on his back you can own him pretty quickly, I just whacked his eyeball over with the Samuel L. Jackson attack but you can use whatever method you want. For defeating Eligor you receive the Arma Custos, another of the three Cerberus Glyphs. After that I go backtracking a little, I go back to the Lapiste Room to get the Star Ring, then I fill in more of the Mechanical Tower, getting the Mortus Glyph and the Arma Machina transformation, it turns you into one of those Automatons and you can break spikes with it. Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia #55- Boss- Jiang Shi By ZeromusX High quality won't work with this one, I dunno why, it's rendered like all the other ones. Anyways, use &fmt=18 for high quality. Well, this guy's sort of an optional boss, although he's not very hard. All he does is hop around, shoot out an energy orb, and summon more Chinese zombies. However, he does use a glyph you can steal, Fidelus Mortus, which will let you summon hopping vampires of your own. I had to eat the energy sphere in order to absorb the glyph uninterrupted. Note that you don't receive a medal for Jiang Shi, so it's okay to get hit. Also, when you do kill him, DON'T ATTACK HIM AGAIN. This will remove the seal, and he'll come back to life. So unless you want extra experience or to level up the Mortus summon, just let him rest. The rare chest at the end of the Large Cavern can contain Minerva Mail, Minerva Greaves, Minerva Mask, or Alexandrite. For completing Irina's last quest, you receive the Winged Boots, they make you walk even faster than the Mercury Boots. Once you complete all the quests, talk to Nicolai to obtain the Master Ring, it increases the amount of attribute points you get when you defeat an enemy. Castlevania PoR - Boss Fight - Death By LazloEnKuldes Spoiler ahead... Well, Death's normal form would require Charlotte or if you prefer Jonathan, use elemental weapons. Magics go well against the normal form and it is immune to sub-weapons, the white form, on the other hand,is very much vulnerable to physical attacks and is immune to magic attacks. Usual Death fight, scythes coming out of nowhere charges towards you. When he uses the one where he opens four gates and tries to grab you, just let him grab you, if one of you is caught make sure to let your partner save you, or break the chains if your partner is the one caught, going double team here is very effective and using Tempest as well. Oh yeah, don't skip the post battle cutscene, it'll get you stuck if you do. Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia #32 - Large Cavern By TheRagnarokSeeker Area has tough enemies. What to put... Room 1: Tin Man x5, Cave Troll x1 Started with a Nitesco Glyph Union, and used regular Nitesco to deal the remainder damage. Room 2: Demon Lord x2 They act weird, and very powerful. Simple though. If you missed old man Barlowe's Globus, you can pilfer it from Demon Lord when it preps it. Room 3: Double Hammer x1 A tough baddie. My game plan was spam Fulgur while using Volaticus. Double Hammer does a lot of damage. =( Room 4: Weapon Master x1 Another tough baddie. Attacks include throwing its Gurkha knife like a boomerang, and a spinning hamma attack. After taking so much damage, it will change up a bit. It will jump and throw its Gurkha knife and throws a kazillion knives (kazillion exaggerated). Very vulnerable when using its Gurkarang attack. Room 5: Double Hammer x2 As if one wasn't hard enough. There are TWO!! My game plan: Volaticus and then Fulgur. Also used Nitesco Room 6: Weapon Master x2 God, I hate these guys. Gurkarang attack made it easy to do some decent damage. Corned me, and thought I was a goner. LOL Room 7: Tin Man x5, Demon Lord x1 More Tin Man and Demon Lord. Room 8: Double Hammer x1, Weapon Master x1 2 different enemies, twice the hassle. Worked on Double Hammer, since it was easier. Gurkarang kept Weapon Master "occupied". Room 9: Jiang Shi The boss of the area. Hops like a bunny, shoots thunder orbs, and can summon Mini-Jiangs through its Glyph. The boss is capable of shooting up to 4 thunder orbs, each one being faster than the other. Impossible to absorb Glyph when 4 are present. Pilfer Fidelus Mortus when it preps it. After dealing alot of damage, a talisman will be placed on Jiang Shi. Destroy it, and Jiang Shi will attack. Good way to get some EXP. At the end, collect your prize. My prize: Minerva Greaves. This area is annoying to go through. If you are a completionist, be prepared to go through it....A LOT! Only place that has the Minerva pieces. Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia #54- Large Cavern By ZeromusX Well, this place is probably the most frustrating in the game, obviously with the flight glyph it will be much less of a problem but I made this to show that it can be done right when it first opens and without Volaticus. The Large Cavern is like the Arena in CotM or the Nest of Evil in PoR, except it has much less variety and much more frustration. However, you must clear it if you want to complete Irina's final quest and to complete the enemy list. Also, if you missed Globus when you fought Barlow, you can get it here from the Demon Lords. Well, for the rooms with Tin Men/Cave Trolls/Demon Lords, I used double Nitesco, and for the rooms with Double Hammer Armors and Weapon Masters, I used double Fulgur, since they're weak to lightning. I can handle one of each just fine, it's when two appear that it gets tricky, I abused Emperor's Ring and healing items plus Dominus Agony and the light/dark Union attack alot, it was the only way I could get through the rooms with two hammer armors or weapon masters.
