Damn!! I Love this routine, it makes all ur body sore in the morning, ur butt, abs, legs, arms & everything, a really gd workout if u dnt have time/money to go to the Gym... it takes only 32 mins off of ur life. Alot of u have been askin...:"How many calories did I just burn??" Well I have no idea,someone wrote a comment sayin that they put their heart rate monitor and they burnt 500 calories, so it should be around that dependin on how hard you work out, sorry if I couln't help tho, I just loved the vid and uploaded it!! :) Also someone else used their heart rate monitor and it said that they burned 400 calories.... so if u work hard u'll probably burn about 500 calories! Stay healthy :)
