I've found a resource to order a replacement metal guide rod for the Taurus 24/7 pistol. They currently don't offer the rod for the pro model but they plan on putting it out very soon. I have contacted the business and have their permission to publish their contact information so you can contact them and put yourself on the waiting list to get a rod when they have them available. The feed problem turned out to be an issue with the magazine which was replaced under warranty with taurus.
