An Injustice for Battery Hens

During November and December 2005, a COK investigator was employed at Esbenshade Farms in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. The video footage was then presented to a state certified humane officer. In January 2006, the officer charged the owner and manager of this egg factory each with a total of 70 counts of criminal animal cruelty. Despite the clear evidence of cruelty, in June 2007, the court found the defendants "not guilty." Please watch this video and decide for yourself. Is this something you're willing to support?
