Milagro Vírgen María 2-3 By BrigadierCristero Casi al inicio de esta 2a. parte aparece el padre Luis María Andreu, quien fuera uno de los principales protectores y amigos mas próximos de las niñas al inicio de las apariciones. La Vírgen María también le concedió el privilegio de verla. Durante las visiones entre la Vírgen María y las niñas, no percibían ni escuchaban nada de lo sucedía a su alrededor mientras estuviesen en éxtasis. La ocasión en que el padre Luis María vió a La Vírgen, las cuatro niñas lo vieron junto a ellas. El joven jesuita, profesor de Teología, el P. Luis María Andreu en la noche del 8 de Agosto de 1961 se encontraba estudiando un éxtasis. Quienes estaban a su alrededor lo escucharon exclamar cuatro veces "¡Milagro!" y notaron una expresión profunda en su rostro bañado en lágrimas. Es que al P. Luis María le fue concedido ver a la Stma. Virgen y el gran Milagro anunciado por Ella. De madrugada, el P. Luis regresaba en el coche con los amigos que lo habían conducido a Garabandal y de repente se le oye exclamar: "¡Qué regalo me ha hecho la Virgen! ¡Qué suerte tener una Madre así en el Cielo! No hay que tener miedo a la vida sobrenatural. Hoy es el día más feliz de mi vida". Pocos momentos después moría el P. Andreu, la única persona que aparte de la niñas, vio el gran Milagro y a la Stma. Virgen durante las apariciones. Loli cuenta que ese mismo día y posterior a la aparición, el padre había extraviado su rosario. Ella le dijo que en la siguiente visita le preguntaría a la Vírgen María en donde estaba perdido su rosario para entregárselo. El padre Luis María le respondió que no se preocupara, y en caso de que fuese encontrado se lo entregasen a su hermano, otro sacerdote jesuíta, porque él ya no volvería. Loli se retiró triste porque pensó que iría a vivir a otro pueblo. Posteriormente, Conchita recordaría como la Vírgen dijo al padre Andreu; "Muy pronto estarás junto a Mi". You are the only thing standing between the human race and an apocalypse. Saving the world in Of Light and Darkness: The Prophecy primarily consists of redeeming apparitions, ghosts of people who--in life--committed one of the seven deadly sins. You begin the game in a netherworld between the realms of light and dark, facing a demonic jack-in-the-box and listening to a court proceeding of some kind. It gets no less strange from here. Apparently, you are "The Chosen One" upon whom the world depends to rescue it from an end-of-millennium-style cataclysm. You are dropped into a strange village of buildings and rooms, many of which represent the seven deadly sins. Apocalypse and end-of-time tales from the full range of world cultures are quoted in some of the rooms. You collect variously colored orbs, pyramid-shaped portals, and odd artifacts like a necklace or saber. Apparitions appear in the form of floating death masks, each demanding its own artifact back from you. The specters represent 31 of history's most notorious evil-doers, from Wa-No-Te, a pernicious womanizer from Mongolia (c. 4117 BC) to contemporary serial killer John Wayne Gacy. Occasionally, a colored flash will fill your screen, and at other times a hologram will appear near you in which a lovely lady named Angel (played by Lolita Davidovich) is exchanging world-class obscure dialogue with Gar Hob, "The Dark Lord of the Seventh Millennium" (played by James Woods). Of Light and Darkness poses some tricky problems and has one feature not usually seen in first-person role-playing games: players are running against a clock. Failure to redeem apparitions on a tight schedule brings on doomsday with alacrity. As a result of this deadline, the game has a repetitive element. Once you understand how to redeem apparitions--a fairly complex procedure--the action moves swiftly. The level of difficulty does not remain static, however, because apparitions become increasingly dangerous. Though the stakes are high, the grim tone is leavened with stunning graphics and random witty touches. (The movement icon, for example, is a pair of mismatched socks.) Winning this game takes dedication and quick footwork, but players will enjoy racing the Clock of Judgement to the final confrontation with Hob.
