So I'm a BIG fan of japanese fashions- all of them! But lolita is one of my favorites. So here's a fun craft for all my fellow lolita lovers, and of course for the people who just love mini tophats!

List:
*"Presto" felt (felt with one stcky side. its more sturdy than regular felt)- 89 cents a sheet
*Ribbons and lace- $1-3
*Old costume jewelry, cheap jewels, and decals $?
*Glue gun and sticks
*Scissors

And remember- try out your OWN designs and experiment with different colors, sizes, shapes, and jewels for your hats.
