[View \| Download]	GROUNDING YOURSELF DAILY IS SO IMPORTANT!!! :) I love what I do, being my own boss (and own secretary) and putting myself out there on youtube, sharing my love and light... yet it's a LOT of work. There are days where I just want to veg out and not tend to my responsibilities...lol. I feel that everyone gets like this, regardless of how much one loves their job. I've always been the type to go outside in nature everyday, at least at some point during the day. These days I've been noticing that if I make a point of going out in nature BEFORE I start my day with clients, I feel SO much better throughout the day! I feel more peace of mind, more mental clarity, have more natural energy, a more stable mood, and feel more joy and loving energy streaming throughout me. It's like all I need is a little nature (grounding) fix and I'm good to go! I also have an earthing mat that I sit on while I'm working with clients via skype or in person, to keep me grounded throughout the day. My job requires me to have a laptop around me at all times, so an earthing mat helps big time! There is an actual science to this.
