A: Taekwondo Kickboxing is essentially formal Taekwondo that has been trained for use under modern Kickboxing style competition rules (International, Full-Contact, Muay Thai, Sanda, etc). There have been quite a few Taekwondo style Kickboxers over the years, but there is no official "Style" for it yet. This is simply my own version of it. Q: What is your height/weight? A: My height is 5'7" (172cm), and my fight weight averages from 55kg to 63kg. Q: Do you also train in grappling? A: I have trained on-and-off in submission wrestling (gi-less grappling) since 05'. I do not have any intention to compete in MMA at this time. Q: What is in the base of the B.O.B./Bag? A: It is filled with around 270lbs of all-purpose sand. Q: How long have you been training?
