She sings every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Tangerine Restaurant in Greenhills, at the end of Ortigas Avenue. * She is a very amiable person, with pleasant demeanor. My request for a photo together with her was just a start. We ended up having a long conversation into the evening. She even granted my request for her to sing this very song, "A Million Thanks to You." ( I posted the video of her live rendition on Feb. 11, 2010.). ********** SOME TIP: If you intend to go there. Make a reservation (725-2811 or 215-4053) for a table near the stage at 8:15pm or so. There's live piano music, but her performance starts at 9:00pm. Dress casual but presentable. Be on time. The restaurant entrance is across the parking lot from Unimart Supermarket. (I had difficulty finding it, that's why I'm writing this tip.) Oh yeah, the wagyuu beef (with peppercorn) is excellent -- comparable to that of Seattle's Metropolitan Steakhouse. January 28, 2010 was an evening to remember.
