Un orribile incidente durante il Gran Premio di San Marino nella categoria Moto2 ha portato alla morte di Shoya Tomizawa. Il pilota giapponese è stato investito dalle moto di Alex De Angelis e Scott Redding, il primo l'ha investito colpendolo alla testa mentre il secondo è passato con la sua moto sull'addome. Il pilota era talmente grave da essere trasportato al più vicino ospedale di Riccione. Purtroppo le emorragie interne non gli hanno dato scampo ed è deceduto all'ospedale. Le condizioni del pilota erano apparse subito gravissime tant'è vero che i medici della pista avevano deciso di non portarlo a Cesena in elicottero ma immediatamente a Riccione in ambulanza. I sanitari avevano da subito riscontrato traumi sono multipli, toracico, addominale, cranico e con emorragie. Il dottor Claudio Macchiagodena della Clinica Mobile del Motomondiale aveva spiegato ai microfoni di Mediaset le condizioni del pilota giapponese Shoya Tomizawa dopo il terribile incidente: "E' stata fatta la rianimazione per cercare di trasportarlo in ospedale. Il pilota ha bisogno di una costante assistenza per evitare l'arresto cardiaco". Ma tutti i tentativi di rianimarlo sono poi risultati vani. Polemiche feroci per la mancata sospensione della gara. 'La bandiera rossa non avrebbe dato nessun vantaggio, dal punto di vista medico non sarebbe cambiato nulla. Anzi, avrebbe provocato un ritardo''. Claudio Macchiagodena, responsabile medico del circuito di Misano, e' convinto che la mancata sospensione della gara della Moto2 non abbia ulteriormente aggravato le condizioni di Shoya Tomizawa. ''La rianimazione e' cominciata in ambulanza, dal punto di vista medico non c'e' stato alcun ritardo. La bandiera rossa, anzi, avrebbe comportato un rallentamento'', dice Macchiagodena ai microfoni di Mediaset. Il pilota nipponico e' stato soccorso mentre la gara e' proseguita senza alcuna interruzione. Durante il trasporto della barella, uno degli addetti ha perso l'equilibrio nella ghiaia della via di fuga e per un istante ha perso la presa della lettiga. Un orribile incidente durante il Gran Premio di San Marino nella categoria Moto2 ha portato alla morte di Shoya Tomizawa. Il pilota giapponese è stato investito dalle moto di Alex De Angelis e Scott Redding, il primo l'ha investito colpendolo alla testa mentre il secondo è passato con la sua moto sull'addome. Il pilota era talmente grave da essere trasportato al più vicino ospedale di Riccione. Purtroppo le emorragie interne non gli hanno dato scampo ed è deceduto all'ospedale. Le condizioni del pilota erano apparse subito gravissime tant'è vero che i medici della pista avevano deciso di non portarlo a Cesena in elicottero ma immediatamente a Riccione in ambulanza. I sanitari avevano da subito riscontrato traumi sono multipli, toracico, addominale, cranico e con emorragie. Il dottor Claudio Macchiagodena della Clinica Mobile del Motomondiale aveva spiegato ai microfoni di Mediaset le condizioni del pilota giapponese Shoya Tomizawa dopo il terribile incidente: "E' stata fatta la rianimazione per cercare di trasportarlo in ospedale. Il pilota ha bisogno di una costante assistenza per evitare l'arresto cardiaco". Ma tutti i tentativi di rianimarlo sono poi risultati vani. Polemiche feroci per la mancata sospensione della gara. 'La bandiera rossa non avrebbe dato nessun vantaggio, dal punto di vista medico non sarebbe cambiato nulla. Anzi, avrebbe provocato un ritardo''. Claudio Macchiagodena, responsabile medico del circuito di Misano, e' convinto che la mancata sospensione della gara della Moto2 non abbia ulteriormente aggravato le condizioni di Shoya Tomizawa. ''La rianimazione e' cominciata in ambulanza, dal punto di vista medico non c'e' stato alcun ritardo. La bandiera rossa, anzi, avrebbe comportato un rallentamento'', dice Macchiagodena ai microfoni di Mediaset. Il pilota nipponico e' stato soccorso mentre la gara e' proseguita senza alcuna interruzione. Durante il trasporto della barella, uno degli addetti ha perso l'equilibrio nella ghiaia della via di fuga e per un istante ha perso la presa della lettiga.
