Most of the footage are used, but i wanted to mix it all up. Well, theres also tricking and pure parkour footage, but i thought that i would include them anyway. I wanted to make a video that wasnt like all the other "Worlds Best Freerunners"-videoes, but to make a video with some of my favorite shots, and ofcourse, to edit some of them. Well, enjoy it :) I used Adobe After Effects CS4 for the post-producting and Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 for putting it all together. Questions can be asked in private message.
