Fox News Misreports Christian Flyer Punished As Hate Speech Several times in June, Fox News falsely claimed that a case that may be reviewed by the US Supreme Court allows the words "marriage" and "natural family" to be punished as "hate speech" in government workplaces. In this video, I provide examples of these erroneous reports and point out the specific errors. The two federal rulings that Fox News erroneously described are from the case of GOOD NEWS EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION v. HICKS.
