We we're instructed by our attorney and BofA to make a payment on Feb 1st. After nearly losing our home to foreclosure/trustee's sale Jan 30th. Our filing of a legal, foreclosure defense last year, stopped that sale. I did make a payment by phone when I got home that Friday the 3rd but BofA held the payment up and didn't credit our account until Feb 8th making it look like we were a week late!
