We we're instructed by our attorney and BofA to make a payment on Feb 1st. After nearly losing our home to foreclosure/trustee's sale Jan 30th. Our filing of a legal, foreclosure defense last year, stopped that sale. I did make a payment by phone when I got home that Friday the 3rd but BofA held the payment up and didn't credit our account until Feb 8th making it look like we were a week late! Our battle with BofA is ongoing, Feb 3rd should have been the first day in almost three years we could walk into BofA and make a payment on our mortgage, no questions asked but... We we're instructed by our attorney and BofA to make a payment on Feb 1st. After nearly losing our home to foreclosure/trustee's sale Jan 30th. Our filing of a legal, foreclosure defense last year, stopped that sale. I did make a payment by phone when I got home that Friday the 3rd but BofA held the payment up and didn't credit our account until Feb 8th making it look like we were a week late! These are just some of the games ALL the major banks play with their customers lives everyday. And this is why I get and continue this battle with the Banks of America everyday!
