Este debate se transmitió en 1994, el año en que precisamente fue asesinado el Lic. Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta, candidato del PRI a la Presidencia de México. Los candidatos finales mas importantes de ese año de elecciones federales fueron finalmente: - Lic. Diego Fernandez de Cevallos(PAN) - Dr. Ernesto Zedillo (PRI) - Ing. Cuahutemoc Cárdenas (PRD) Ese debate fue histórico, puesto que daba inicio a la apertura en los medios de comunicación a todos los Partidos Políticos. Cosa que anteriormente en la elección de 1988, los nombres los candidatos del PRD y del PAN, estaban prohibidos en los medios. En ningún canal de Tv o radio se veían las actividades de los candidatos del PRD y PAN, ni se veían entrevistas ni spots de campaña política. Hoy es diferente, Gracias a la lucha del Ing Cárdenas y de Manuel J. Clouthier a partir de las elecciones federales para la presidencia en 1994, 2000 y 2006 en México, los medios estuvieron plagados de campañas proselitistas y de entrevistas todos los partidos, así como debates. Un escenario muy distante al de 1988. En 1990, nace el Instituto Federal electoral en acuerdo político histórico a exigencia del PRD y del PAN. Siendo asi que las elecciones federales de 1994 las organiza el IFE Como instituto autónomo, perdiendo por vez primera el PRI la mayoría en la cámara, cuando en 1988 las elecciones todavía fueron organizadas por la Secretaría de Gobernación, siendo Secretario en ese entonces Manuel Barlett Díaz, siendo célebre por la famosa frase de "Se nos cayó el sistema".^ La calificación de la elección la hacía el mismo congreso convertido en colegio electoral, al ser todos los diputados y senadores del PRI no habia ningun problema. A partir de 1994 la calificación de elecciones la hace el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación --- Todo eso dió pie a una naciente democracia, una democracia que ha costado mucho formarse, con instituciones sólidas que a partir de 2006 han sido cuestionadas por el mismo partido que influyó en su formación, por el PRD, desconociendolas por algo que ellos llaman un supuesto fraude electoral en las elecciones presidenciales de 2006, donde el Tribunal Electoral Del Poder Judicial de la Federación, declara como ganador de la Elección Presidencial a Felipe Calderón Hinojosa, por un mínimo margen de votos. SDRs are now based on four currencies — the US dollar, the Japanese yen, the euro and the British pound. They are used largely as a unit of account by the IMF and other international organizations. Read between the lines and you get to the bottom of the real reason for the issuance of SDRs — to push for a world currency. Recall a few days ago Zhou Xiaochuan, Chinas central banks governor, calling for the IMF to forge a new world reserve currency. Este debate se transmitió en 1994, el año en que precisamente fue asesinado el Lic. Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta, candidato del PRI a la Presidencia de México. Los candidatos finales mas importantes de ese año de elecciones federales fueron finalmente: - Lic. Diego Fernandez de Cevallos(PAN) - Dr. Ernesto Zedillo (PRI) - Ing. Cuahutemoc Cárdenas (PRD) Ese debate fue histórico, puesto que daba inicio a la apertura en los medios de comunicación a todos los Partidos Políticos. Cosa que anteriormente en la elección de 1988, los nombres los candidatos del PRD y del PAN, estaban prohibidos en los medios. En ningún canal de Tv o radio se veían las actividades de los candidatos del PRD y PAN, ni se veían entrevistas ni spots de campaña política. Hoy es diferente, Gracias a la lucha del Ing Cárdenas y de Manuel J. Clouthier a partir de las elecciones federales para la presidencia en 1994, 2000 y 2006 en México, los medios estuvieron plagados de campañas proselitistas y de entrevistas todos los partidos, así como debates. Un escenario muy distante al de 1988. En 1990, nace el Instituto Federal electoral en acuerdo político histórico a exigencia del PRD y del PAN. Siendo asi que las elecciones federales de 1994 las organiza el IFE Como instituto autónomo, perdiendo por vez primera el PRI la mayoría en la cámara, cuando en 1988 las elecciones todavía fueron organizadas por la Secretaría de Gobernación, siendo Secretario en ese entonces Manuel Barlett Díaz, siendo célebre por la famosa frase de "Se nos cayó el sistema".^ La calificación de la elección la hacía el mismo congreso convertido en colegio electoral, al ser todos los diputados y senadores del PRI no habia ningun problema. A partir de 1994 la calificación de elecciones la hace el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación --- Todo eso dió pie a una naciente democracia, una democracia que ha costado mucho formarse, con instituciones sólidas que a partir de 2006 han sido cuestionadas por el mismo partido que influyó en su formación, por el PRD, desconociendolas por algo que ellos llaman un supuesto fraude electoral en las elecciones presidenciales de 2006, donde el Tribunal Electoral Del Poder Judicial de la Federación, declara como ganador de la Elección Presidencial a Felipe Calderón Hinojosa, por un mínimo margen de votos. SDRs are now based on four currencies — the US dollar, the Japanese yen, the euro and the British pound. They are used largely as a unit of account by the IMF and other international organizations. Read between the lines and you get to the bottom of the real reason for the issuance of SDRs — to push for a world currency.
