Our battle with BofA is ongoing, Feb 3rd should have been the first day in almost three years we could walk into BofA and make a payment on our mortgage, no questions asked but... We we're instructed by our attorney and BofA to make a payment on Feb 1st. After nearly losing our home to foreclosure/trustee's sale Jan 30th. Our filing of a legal, foreclosure defense last year, stopped that sale. I did make a payment by phone when I got home that Friday the 3rd but BofA held the payment up and didn't credit our account until Feb 8th making it look like we were a week late! These are just some of the games ALL the major banks play with their customers lives everyday. And this is why I get and continue this battle with the Banks of America everyday! With a little editing, this footage was turned into pictures that gave the impression of a death camp - media manipulation (media's falsities and manipulations with fabricated images). The beatings intensify when the baby refuses to remain quiet and cries louder, crawling towards the woman. At one point, the woman throws her mobile phone at the child. The voice of another woman, assumed to be the person recording the incident, can be heard in the four-minute long video as well.While she admonishes the woman who is beating up the child, she does nothing to stop the abuse. At around, the 2 minute 20 second mark, she is heard telling the woman who is hitting the baby that she is going to kill the child. Malaysian police released a immediate statement to clarify that the incident took place on May 29 last year in Petaling Jaya and the perpetrator, the baby's mother had been arrested on the same day. The beatings intensify when the baby refuses to remain quiet and cries louder, crawling towards the woman. At one point, the woman throws her mobile phone at the child. The voice of another woman, assumed to be the person recording the incident, can be heard in the four-minute long video as well.While she admonishes the woman who is beating up the child, she does nothing to stop the abuse. At around, the 2 minute 20 second mark, she is heard telling the woman who is hitting the baby that she is going to kill the child. Malaysian police released a immediate statement to clarify that the incident took place on May 29 last year in Petaling Jaya and the perpetrator, the baby's mother had been arrested on the same day.
