Fela Kuti / Tony Allen Afrobeat rhythms played by Saša Petković http://sasapetkovic.blog.hr/2010/01/index.html Fela Kuti was a synonim for Afrobeat music style in the 1960s. His drummer Tony Allen was influenced by artists like James Brown, Miles Davis and Sly Stone. In this clip I perform a few Allen's trademark patterns as can be heard on numerous Kuti's songs.
