Dobbiamo rischiare di divenire di sale, dobbiamo girarci a guardare cosa sta accadendo, cosa si accanisce su Gomorra, la distruzione totale dove la vita è sommata o sottratta alle vostre operazioni economiche. Non vedete che questa terra è Gomorra, non lo vedete? Ricordate. Quando vedranno che tutto il suo suolo sarà zolfo, sale, arsura e non vi sarà più sementa, né prodotto, né erba di sorta che vi cresca, come dopo la rovina di Sodoma, di Gomorra, di Adma e di Seboim che il SIGNORE distrusse nella sua ira e nel suo furore, (Deuteronomio 29,22). Si muore per un sì e per un no, si dà la vita per un ordine e una scelta di qualcuno, fate decenni di carcere per raggiungere un potere di morte, guadagnate montagne di danaro che investirete in case che non abiterete, in banche dove non entrerete mai, in ristoranti che non gestirete, in aziende che non dirigerete, comandate un potere di morte cercando di dominare una vita che consumate nascosti sotto terra, circondati da guardaspalle. Uccidete e venite uccisi in una partita di scacchi il cui re non siete voi ma coloro che da voi prendono ricchezza facendovi mangiare l'uno con l'altro fin quando nessuno potrà fare scacco e ci sarà una solo pedina sulla scacchiera. E non sarete voi. Quello che divorate qui lo sputate altrove, lontano, facendo come le uccelle che vomitano il cibo nella bocca dei loro pulcini. Ma non sono pulcini quelli che imbeccate ma avvoltoi e voi non siete uccelle ma bufali pronti a distruggersi in un luogo dove sangue e potere sono i termini della vittoria. È giunto il tempo che smettiamo di essere una Gomorra... El 10 de abril de 1912, el Titanic inició su viaje inaugural partiendo desde Southampton (Inglaterra) con destino a Nueva York. Cuatro días más tarde, a las 23:40 del 14 de abril, el buque chocó con un iceberg al sur de las costas de Terranova, y se hundió a las 2:20 de la mañana del 15 de abril. El siniestro se saldó con la muerte de 1.517 personas, y en esa época se convirtió en el peor desastre marítimo en tiempo de paz.5 El Titanic fue construido en los astilleros de Harland and Wolff, en Belfast (Irlanda del Norte). Partió hacia Nueva York con 2.227 personas a bordo, y una de las causas del elevado número de víctimas fue que, a pesar de cumplir con todas las normativas marítimas de la época, el barco sólo llevaba botes salvavidas para 1.178 personas,6 y aún así sólo se salvaron 705.
