[View \| Download]	A Hand to Hold Well after working on this video off and on for the past two weeks in between other projects, I have finally managed to get it done :'D Woot 8D This is dedicated to my amazing friend Yorleni (aka YorleniProduction) because she has been such an awesome friend and inspiration to me x3 And I'm very happy that she is back from her operation and doing well x3 So this video is for her hearts ILU Yorleni x3 Personally I really love how this amv came out and I consider it to be some of my best work so far x3 That being said, though I do consider this to be one of my best, don't expect an effect-filled vid like my work normally is. I actually kept this fairly simple effect-wise except for in a couple spots. I think I was so focused on getting the message of the song across and choosing the right scenes, that effect-use kinda fell into the background for me, for the most part XD lol I am pretty happy with the way I used the effects in this video here, especially the t.v. simulator, although you are free to disagree with me XD I started this amv for a few reasons. One, I got really inspired when I listened to the song. And two, I wanted to try a big anime mix. Anime mixes are something fairly new to me so this was a bit of a challenge in terms of getting all the scenes to flow together properly. I will be the first to admit that, in some parts, the flow is kinda fail. lol. Still for the most part I am proud with the way this came out, especially considering this is the first time I've used so many anime to edit with before, so I hope you all will like it too. The film was a hit and a star-making vehicle for Zeenat Aman, who played a westernized hippie, and won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award, as well as the BFJA Award for Best Actress. Other actors are Mumtaz, Baby Guddi, Master Shahid, Baby Deepali, Satyajit Puri, Yashodra Katju, Prem Chopra, Rajendra Nath and Mehmood Jr. The movie dealt with the decadence of the Hippie culture. It aimed to have an anti-drug message and also depicts some problems associated with Westernization such as divorce. The music of the film was composed by Rahul Dev Burman and the lyrics were written by Anand Bakshi. Asha Bhosle won Filmfare Best Female Playback Award for the song "Dum Maro Dum", which was a huge hit. The story for Hare Rama Hare Krishna actually came to Dev Anand's mind when he saw hippies and their fallen values in Kathmandu where he was on a visit after protests against his previous film Prem Pujari in Calcutta. [View \| Download]	A Hand to Hold Well after working on this video off and on for the past two weeks in between other projects, I have finally managed to get it done :'D Woot 8D This is dedicated to my amazing friend Yorleni (aka YorleniProduction) because she has been such an awesome friend and inspiration to me x3 And I'm very happy that she is back from her operation and doing well x3 So this video is for her hearts ILU Yorleni x3 Personally I really love how this amv came out and I consider it to be some of my best work so far x3 That being said, though I do consider this to be one of my best, don't expect an effect-filled vid like my work normally is. I actually kept this fairly simple effect-wise except for in a couple spots. I think I was so focused on getting the message of the song across and choosing the right scenes, that effect-use kinda fell into the background for me, for the most part XD lol I am pretty happy with the way I used the effects in this video here, especially the t.v. simulator, although you are free to disagree with me XD I started this amv for a few reasons. One, I got really inspired when I listened to the song. And two, I wanted to try a big anime mix. Anime mixes are something fairly new to me so this was a bit of a challenge in terms of getting all the scenes to flow together properly. I will be the first to admit that, in some parts, the flow is kinda fail. lol. Still for the most part I am proud with the way this came out, especially considering this is the first time I've used so many anime to edit with before, so I hope you all will like it too. "Hare Rama Hare Krishna" is a 1971 Indian film directed by Dev Anand starring himself and Zeenat Aman. The film was a hit and a star-making vehicle for Zeenat Aman, who played a westernized hippie, and won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award, as well as the BFJA Award for Best Actress. Other actors are Mumtaz, Baby Guddi, Master Shahid, Baby Deepali, Satyajit Puri, Yashodra Katju, Prem Chopra, Rajendra Nath and Mehmood Jr. The movie dealt with the decadence of the Hippie culture. It aimed to have an anti-drug message and also depicts some problems associated with Westernization such as divorce. The music of the film was composed by Rahul Dev Burman and the lyrics were written by Anand Bakshi. Asha Bhosle won Filmfare Best Female Playback Award for the song "Dum Maro Dum", which was a huge hit. The story for Hare Rama Hare Krishna actually came to Dev Anand's mind when he saw hippies and their fallen values in Kathmandu where he was on a visit after protests against his previous film Prem Pujari in Calcutta.
