Alright so a lil info for ya. Yes! it is called "Blinded by Light". At the time, I don't think anyone outside of sqaure knew of the title except for calling it "Battle Theme". I wont change it because thats like trying to rename your kid at 2 years of age. Moving on Yes! I won't lie. Its a rather simple remix. The more that time goes on, its gonna get more simple and simple according to the standards of how a track is made. The bar gets higher everytime. Go play "Midnight Club II" and you'll know what I mean. One of my all time favorite games and yet it wasn't as exciting after playing it recently. YES! You can use any of my tracks for a vid or a mix or a something that involves playing my track for even more people. As long as you dont sell it in any way. Be sure to direct a link to my channel or original vid. Making the track was a little tough. One thing is I don't download midi tracks and just throw it into a synth. All midi note were made by hand. Actually the click of a mouse. For this I found out it wasn't just one midi track but i think three all together. I had to listen real close to the violin and strings section to get it right. Now, yeah I could have combined all 3 tracks into one giant midi file but found that the high octave notes needed to be high in fequency and the mids in mid frequency which led to EQing and modding each track to fit the overall project. Some peeps say that I "stacked a techno track on top of the original". Im not a mastering engineer and I dont clame to be but its not that easy. Mastering can make or break a track. And it means nothing to put a limiter or a multiband compressor and expect it to be done. Theres a lot more involved. A LOT! I do read all the comments and try to reply to the ones I can or the ones that make me laugh. Im glad i can make someones day even though its not a perfected track. I was probably in my pjs making this. One last thing, I started making music only because i would listen to tracks mainly in trance (like early 2000) and think "This part should have been different" or "Its missing something". Its not in the sense that whoever made the track did it wrong because there is no wrong or right. Its up to the artist really and how much skill or knowledge they have. Maybe thats a little bit of motivation for someone else who is seeking to make music on their own. Just do what you feel.
