How to make a WoW Private Server 2.4.1 By baconzmonkeyz I know a lot of people want to know how to make their own private server so I am going to show you how to make one with the latest Blizzard patch. Just download the files you see here and follow the instructions on the video. When you do the maps thing make sure you put the file called maps in the root of your WoW folder along with your ad.exe. if it says there is a Net framework 2.0 problem. google it and download and install it. First you will need the AC Web Ultimate Repack 7.7 you can get this by going to http://ac-web.org/ and registering. After you are registered go to Downloads, then to repacks, then AC Web Ultimate repack 7.7 To get your server online you will need Hamachi you can get that here: http://www.download.com/Hamachi-Basic... Last you will need HeidiSQL to edit your database and edit accounts. http://www.heidisql.com/download.php To extract ad.exe you will need WinRAR http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm I hope that this video helps you out. First, you must go to this link: http://www.dyndns.com/ Then once you have registered, you must go here: https://www.dyndns.com/account/services/ hosts/add.html You will be able to create one. It should look like this: IP Address: Use auto detected IP address xx.xxx.xxx.xx (Your IP). In the box, you must type in your HAMACHI IP. Then, you must go to start, and hit the program called, "Run". In the box, type in: C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts Open it up with NOTEPAD. You should see this: 127.0.0.1 localhost Change it [After the Microsoft Agreement thing] to this: 127.0.0.1 THE_ADRESS_YOU_MADE_ON_DynDNS UR_HAMACHI_IP THE_ADRESS_YOU_MADE_ON_DynDNS Then, that will be your IP.
