A: unlike when you bought your computer and it came with the video drivers pre-installed, a fresh copy of 7 has no idea what video card you have and does not have the drivers for them. That means it has to run on your integrated card. Simply go to nvidia.com or ati.com and download the specific drivers for your card. I have a in depth overclocking video showing you how to do this. ________________________________________ _____ PRE-ACTIVATED EXPLANATION If the version IS pre-activated (the one in this video is not) that means that when you install 7, it is already activated and you don't have to do anything else. Obviously if its not then you must activate it yourself through a program (like the great one in this video) SO- Your asking why not just get a pre-activated version right?? 1. If its pre-activated that means that there have been tamperings with the base windwos files, that means it wont be a clean install no matter what you ever do, could see reduced performance. 2. If Microsoft ever removes the product key the pre-ac version uses and you ever need to reinstall, you wont be able to use it.
