台灣宏觀電視TMACTV--東方美人茶的由來 By TMACTVOCAC 中華民國僑務委員會 http://www.ocac.gov.tw 台灣宏觀電視/台灣宏觀網路電視 http://www.mactv.com.tw 台灣宏觀影音旅遊網 http://travel.cts.com.tw 東方美人茶其實就是白毫烏龍茶，因其生茶的白毫很清楚，所以稱白毫烏龍，至於為什麼又 被叫做東方美人茶呢？有一種說法是：當年白毫烏龍茶外銷到歐洲、英國等地、相當受到西 方人的喜愛；因此就叫這種茶為東方美人茶，或香檳烏龍茶。 至於另一個名稱─掽風茶，則是起源於日據時代，相傳在新竹峨嵋、北埔一帶，因茶樹被浮 塵子(即茶小綠葉蟬)的蟲害吃得很嚴重，甚至連茶樹上的葉子都變黃了。茶農們不免心急 ，擔心這麼一來茶葉會賣不出去；當時有一個人就非常篤定，他認為這沒什麼關係，於是讓 採茶、製茶的工作照常進行。當他把茶做出來後，覺得這種茶帶有特殊的蜂蜜香。送到台北 賣茶的洋行，沒想到那位老闆相當欣賞這種茶，便以高於時價13倍的價錢收購了這種茶， 這位茶農的高興自然不在話下。回到新竹後，逢人就說這件事情，但是沒有人相信他說的話 ；總覺得他是在掽風─就是說大話，這就是掽風茶名稱的由來。 Tags: formosa, taiwan, tmactv, travel, 台灣, 台灣宏觀電視, 宏觀, 宏觀電視, 福爾摩莎 1 Downloads - Last from: http://downthisvideo.com/ (Your Blog here!) |
