Do click with the right-button of your mouse on the image that shows the format you want (FLV, AVI, MP4...). Select "Save Link As..." and enter a file name with extension .flv, .avi, .mp4 (iPod) ... NOTE: AVI and MP4 formats are allowed for Google Video only.
